We are committed to providing you a product that you can be proud to serve your family. Today's food market has become so commercialized that many of the benefits of fresh meat and vegetables are a thing of the past. We believe that farming and ranching is one of the most prestigious occupations. Like it or not, the world population ultimately depends on the farmer and rancher for food that sustains their life. We are simply providing a natural beef product to the public direct from the farm. Just like the old days.
Rachelle’s Roast Recipe
1 Can Roasted Garlic and Mushroom Soup
1 CanCream of Celery Soup
2 CupsWater
1 Onion (Cut into chunks)
1 CupCarrots
3Potatoes (Cut into chunks)
1 Table SpoonMinced Garlic
1 Table SpoonCourse ground black pepper
1 Table SpoonLawry’s Season Salt
1 Table SpoonGarlic Powder
Place all ingredients in a large roasting pot.Cover with a lid (make sure it is sealed well or your gravy will evaporate and the roast will be dry) and cook at 350 degrees for about 3 hours.Check occasionally.Due to the different sizes of the roasts, some may take a little more or less time.It is done when it flakes with a fork.
Notes from my kitchen:
My family is not particularly fond of celery or mushroom soup but they love this roast.I know if you try this your family will love it too.(Just don’t let them see what you put in it!)
May God bless you,
Rachelle
